Executive Coaching

Be Inspiring Leadership

One conversation at a time. One leader at a time.

Most executive coaching starts with an assessment and ends with a report. What I do is different – and it starts with an honest conversation about whether this is even the right fit.

Is This You?

Who this conversation is for

If you’re a leader who’s navigating a transition, rebuilding momentum after a difficult stretch, trying to close the gap between where you are and where you know you’re capable of leading, or simply ready to do the work of figuring out what’s next – this is the conversation worth having. If you’re looking for someone to tell you what you want to hear, I’m probably not your person.

What Coaching Looks Like

Built around point

What coaching with me looks like is deliberately hard to describe in a tidy bullet list, because it’s built around you – your situation, your blind spots, your goals, and the specific version of brilliant performance you’ve already demonstrated and want to get back to. The Reclaiming Brilliance™ framework is the foundation we work from: Purpose, Growth, and Potential. But how we move through it, what we focus on, how fast we go – that’s a conversation, not a curriculum.

A Few Things You Should Know Going In

What to expect

Sessions are online

Video, camera on, full presence expected from both of us. We’ll find a cadence and schedule that works around real leadership life – not a rigid weekly slot that gets sacrificed the moment a board meeting lands on it.

There will be homework

Not busywork. Work that matters – reflection, application, things to try before we talk again. Coaching without application between sessions is just conversation. The real movement happens in the space between our calls.

The path is ours to define together

First call is about fit and direction. I want to understand where you are, what you’re carrying, and where you’re trying to go. You want to understand how I work and whether my approach matches what you actually need. If it’s a fit, we figure out what the work looks like. If it isn’t, I’d rather tell you that in the first conversation than six sessions in.

This is a mentoring relationship, not a service transaction

I bring decades of real leadership experience – corporate, entrepreneurial, community, collegiate – to every session. I’ll share my own stories when they’re useful, push back when I think you’re avoiding something, and tell you the truth even when it’s inconvenient. That’s what a good mentor does.

The leaders who get the most from this work are the ones who come in willing to be honest – about what’s working, what isn’t, and what they’ve been avoiding looking at directly. That willingness is the only prerequisite.

"We lead from every music stand here."

The most useful thing a mentor ever said to me wasn’t about tactics or strategy. It was about identity. That’s what we’re working on.

The first step is a no-obligation call – thirty minutes to talk through where you are and what you’re looking for. No pitch, no close. Just an honest conversation to see if there’s something worth building together.

Ready to reclaim your brilliance?

Whether you’re planning an event, developing your leadership team, or investing in your own growth, the conversation starts here.

No pitch. Just clarity on what’s possible.
